How Easy Is It To Get In Touch With You?

Because it should be VERY easy.

Sometimes in the excitement of designing an E-commerce site, we forget that the "contact us" button/page is one of the most important spots in your online store. Providing an easy way for your customers to get in touch with you should be a non-negotiable: we should all just do it!
